THE Booking Process
01 | Fill Out an inquiry FOrm
To get started, simply fill out an inquiry form here . You will be asked to provide details like venue location, date, estimated budget & inspiration photos if you have them so we can get a good sense of what you’re into. If we’re missing any info to get started, we’ll reach out via email. Feel free to include as much details as you would like!
02 | Design Consultation
You will hear from us within 24-48 hours to schedule a 30-min design consultation meeting to go over details like vision, color palette, venue, bridal party info, etc. We are excited to get to meet you and help answer any questions you may have!
03 | design Proposal
Within 1-2 weeks, we will send you a full design proposal with a detailed mood board, design mockup and cost breakdown information for you to review. Once the proposal is finalized, we will send over the contract and require a 30% deposit to lock in the date. So exciting!
03 | Final Details Meeting
About 45-60 days prior to your wedding date, we will reach out to schedule a meeting with you and/or your planner to go over table counts, vase & candle selection, review the day-of schedule as well as any final details. We offer also floral mock-ups and site visits.
04 | Wedding Day!
It’s finally here! We will coordinate with your venue to setup all the floral magic & put together a detailed timeline of events for the day. We can’t wait for you to see what we have in store!

Yes! We pride ourselves in having a great selection of luxury vases & candles as well as pedestals to enhance your tablescaping & ceremony needs. We work tirelessly to source the perfect objects to complement the floral arrangements. We are happy to source any other elements for your event.

We recommend booking our services at least 6-12 months in advance, especially for peak summer wedding season. This allows us ample time to plan and customize your wedding to perfection.
