Do you offer custom arrangements ?

Yes absolutely! Please fill out our inquiry contact form or email us at hello@furiosaflowers.com to get started.

Do you do same day-orders?

Unfortunately we need a 24 hours turn around time to ensure top quality & selection of blooms. For any flower emergencies, please email us at hello@furiosaflowers.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How do I care for my arrangement?

✿ Once your arrangement arrives, make sure to fill the vase with water all the way at the top. Make sure all the stems are drinking.

✿ Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. Avoid placing them by windows or ripe fruit as this can damage them and shorten their lifespan.

✿ Replace the water daily & remove any wilting flowers to limit bacteria and maximize your arrangements life.

✿ Make sure no foliage is in the water when your replace the water.

Where do you deliver?

We offer fresh flower deliveries & subscriptions in the Greater Los Angeles area (including Long Beach/Santa Monica/Downtown Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley/Malibu/Calabasas) . For flowers orders beyond the Greater Los Angeles area, please email us at hello@furiosaflowers.com.

However, we ship merch all over the US!

Do you offer flower subscriptions/weekly deliveries?

We offer weekly, bi-weekly or monthly subscriptions for our floral arrangements for home deliveries, hotel, store fronts, restaurants & retail spaces. Check out our flower subscription page!

What time will my flower delivery arrive?

Our arrangements are typically delivered between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been delivered. If you have any questions or issues, you can reach out by email to hello@furiosaflowers.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do our absolute best to provide the highest & freshest quality flowers . With proper care, we guarantee your Furiosa flowers will last a minimum of 72 hours from delivery date. To ensure the longest vase life of your flowers, please visit our flower care guide for detailed care instructions.

If you have any concerns about your flower delivery, please get email hello@furiosaflowers.com within 24 hours of your delivery. Please provide a detailed description of your concern(s) as well as photos of your flowers. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. The 'Designer's Choice' arrangements are made at our discretion based on seasonality/availability and flowers are hand selected to ensure top quality.

Flower Subscriptions

Can I skip an order?

Yes! Please email us at hello@furiosaflowers.com 72 hours prior to delivery so we can cancel your order or update your next delivery date.ext goes here

Can I personalize my subscription?

We love to incorporate your favorite colors & flowers to match your beautiful home or office space. Feel free to add in any notes when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate alongside our seasonal floral picks of the week.

Can I offer a subscription as a gift?

Yes, a subscription makes for an awesome gift for a loved one! Please include any floral preferences & delivery address in the notes! We will take care of the rest,

Can I cancel easily?

Yes! Just login to your Furiosa Flowers account to cancel your subscription or email us at hello@furiosaflowers.com 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date.

Is there a minimum time commitment required for a subscription?

Nope! Obviously we want you to love your flowers but please email us at hello@furiosaflowers.com 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery to cancel your subscription. You can also login to your Furiosa Flowers account to easily cancel.
